Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Return Cases

A return or exchange request may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product is missing any components or accessories mentioned in the product description.

  • The product does not match the specifications advertised on our website.

  • The product does not meet the waterproof quality standards described in the product listing.

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Change of Mind Returns

If a customer decides to return a product due to a change of mind within 7 days of delivery, the item must be returned in its original condition. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund may be approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within up to 20 days.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • All included accessories, components, and packaging must be returned.

  • We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized Caps are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are specially produced to match the customer's Beach Mat design.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the return request has been approved, the refund will be processed within up to 20 days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, missing parts, or product defect), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
